Returns are accepted under those conditions;

1 You contact us first ( preferable e-mail )
2 you did not use or wear the items, all labels are still attached
3 You only tried it on to see fit and you need to order a different size
3 No smell or oil or whatsoever is on or in it
4 Seven days maximum to return after you did receive it ( for gifts like christmas, birthday etc
we are willing to make an extended exemption for this
5 You pay the return costs, we send the different size at no costs for you, to you
6 For bottoms ( briefs and strings ) we can not accept returns ( legal isseu here )

7 Your size not available ?, your choice; refund or store credit,
what ever you choose, shipping costs included.
